Costs & Insurance

Cosmos Midwifery works out-of-network with all insurances, including Medicaid and marketplace plans. Most insurance companies will cover some, if not all, of the fee for home birth. We work with an expert medical biller dedicated to carefully explaining to you what you might be responsible for financially and guiding you through the process. Lab work will be drawn or collected by us in the office and sent to a laboratory that is in-network with your insurance. For ultrasounds you will be referred to an in-network provider.
